Is it possible to connect a brass instrument (trumpet with mic) and to have the possibilities to transform the sound with the software?

No. This hardware/software is specifically intended for string instruments. The instrument must go in through the polyphonic input (Din-13) in order for the software to work properly. This is because the Analysis part of the software is dependent on receiving 6 separate audio channels for each string. Furthermore, we have different versions for each instrument (Guitar, Violin, Bass, etc..) because the Analysis for each string is tuned to the range valid for that instruments strings. Doing things this way is what makes it possible for us to provide you with such low latency and such high accuracy.
