Is it possible to compare results from different experiments?

Yes, it is possible to compare results of different experiments. However, this can only be done when the complete MLPA procedure, including data normalization, has been completed. Intermediate results (i.e. obtained halfway the MLPA procedure) cannot be compared. More information about the MLPA procedure can be found here.
