Is it possible to compact and or backup my WorkCenter Database?

Yes. Under the TOOLS and then DATABASE, you will find options to backup and compact your database. If you select the BACKUP option, WC will automatically place a compressed or Zip file of your database in the C:\Program Files\WorkCenter folder on your local computer.
