Is it possible to change the financial statements in Marketing Plan Pro from a calendar year to a fiscal year?
Marketing Plan Pro will change all the month and year displays without changing the data when you change the starting month. The numbers stay the same in each column but the date headings change to reflect the change in the starting date. The software will automatically display the “FY” in front of the year (as in “FY00,” “FY01”, etc.) whenever your starting month is any month except January. This is because of the standard accounting convention that records fiscal years as the year they end in, if they begin on any date except January 1.
