The pantone charts provide a large variety of the colors and their different combinations. Each color is represented by certain number or the color code. These color numbers or the codes can be used while coding or designing the intended application. Instead of using the names of the colors the codes are used because it lessens the chances of mistakes while coding the application. There are not only the single colors depicted on the chart but also the combinations of different colors are there. The client can select the color after looking the chart. Now the point to be discussed here is that if these color numbers are changed. The answer is ‘NO’; the color codes or the numbers can not be changed. Once the code or number is assigned to the color it will never be changed. But on the other hand it is possible that the colors can either be added or subtracted from the chart.
