Is it possible to change my mind on the scope of my project before Elios Systems has met my agreed upon deliverables?

All project managers understand that a last minute change in scope is the biggest enemy for the project. It can impact any aspect of the project but normally the two most important – delivery date and funding. It would be recommended that a second project would be started to parallel the project efforts without modifying the original. However, if this cannot be done then we will change the original scope. This will include a minimum of updating and amending the contract and the deliverables list. In addition to re-baselining the whole project to see what other portions of the project will be impacted.
