Put a wireless adapter on youre game boy advance.Then go up to a pokemon mart and go to the paper by the shop owner and type in:link together with all.After that save youre game,then turn it back on and at the main menu mystery gift will be under new game.Select mystery gift and get the mystic ticket.Then go to vermelion city and go down to the harber and the sailor will ask you were you want to go,select navel rock.When you get there you’ll see a cave,go in and you’ll see two set’s of stairs,go into the stairs on the right and you’ll find lugia.(If ho-oh is in there and not lugia,get out and go to the stairs on the left and you’ll find lugia)
