Yes it is. However, your booking will include travel from the UK unless you specifically book accommodation only for your Inghams holiday. We do send holiday documentation and tickets to passengers who have booked from countries outside the UK but we advise passengers who are travelling from non-UK countries to check visa and health requirements for the destinations they have selected.
