I wouldnt recommend ‘bluffing’ your results but if your sure that accountancy is really what you want to do, there is no need to go to uni. None of the major recognised accountancy professional exam boards (ICAEW, ACCA, ACA, AAT) require it and it will then just take longer to qualify. Although it may be hard for you to get into one of the 4 major accountancy firms (Deloittes, PWC etc) but then with your grades you don’t stand much chance, go for a small local firm until you qualify, usually they nurture you through the first few years of the profession better.
