National educational standards vary globally, as do religious influences on education … so, while it may be possible to learn only medicines & treatments for humans & their anatomy, physiology, & biology, in other parts of the world and still be considered a doctor, here in Canada, there will be some exposure to evolution in elementary school, with more details in high school … so, not here!

I am not a doctor but I am sure it is possible to become a medical doctor without having to know anything about evolution. A Christian who believes in creations story as in the book of Genesis would not believe in the theory of evolution but would not have any problem becoming a good medical doctor.
