Wow… I would definetly read this! Even buy it if it were published. Not kidding. It sounds very well laied out, without even telling too much detail. I love fantasy worlds and I don’t think there are enough out there. And sounds like you put alot of effort into it. You’ve cut things out, that’s a good sign. And you’re waiting to write. Good too that you’re not rushing. I don’t know if it’s been used before. I feel like I’ve heard something similar before, but I doubt it. It sounds original. The “curse” sounds interesting too. I like protagonists that aren’t likeable at first. It makes them interesting. With the leaders of the factions, a suggestion is to not make them totally evil or corrupt. Even if their not the villains, they sound like they’re the antagonist and all good antagonists are ones we can relate with.
