Is it possible to avoid publication of the owner and admin-c data?
No, the data of the assignee and administrator of a domain must be inserted into a public database (the Whois) managed by the competent Authority for any tld. At the moment of registration, the client becomes responsible for communicating correct data. Nominalia will send an email to the admic-c once a year to make sure the data appearing in the whois is correct and updated.
