Yes. The prospecting function in NTREIS Listings gives users the ability to create custom searches for clients that will automatically send matched to clients. You have multiple options of sending information to your clients. The first is a standard list of Customer and CMA Reports. The second is known as the Prospect Gateway. Prospect Gateway is a personalized website created for that particular client. The user can still choose which way prospect searches will be updated, either by manual updates or by using Auto-Notification. Note: Prospect Gateway displays only listings for searches set up by the agent – the client cannot use the site to set up their own searches. Preferences and defaults should be set in NTREIS Listings before adding a Prospect and making choices stated above.
