Yes. Confluence has a built in RSS feed generator to generate different content feeds via RSS. It is possible to represent each feed with different image icons. Feeds themselves (dependent on the standard used – RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0 or ATOM) display headings, heading and summary or heading and full content.
