We cannot recommend this application as we have not tested it thoroughly. It is possible that vapors or splashes of the solution might damage the Varispenser on heating. It is furthermore impossible to ensure that the Varispenser is successfully sterilized, as even if it is only loosely on the flask, sufficient hot steam can probably not penetrate it.
