Is it possible that someone is remotely listening to my mobile phone calls?
If you are living in the UK, or any member of the EU, it is highly likely, unless you are a suspected terrorist, that your calls aren’t being monitored. The European Convention on Human Rights gives one the right to a private life, and any breach of this right can be threatened by legal action. As far as I know, a mobile phone number cannot be traced from Bluetooth. Networks can, however, find out where you are within a 1500 mile radius. This is the reason the SS did not want President Obama to have his BlackBerry, yet he rejected this.
