Is it possible that some people are not disputing the mere existence of eminent domain procedures?
There have been a number of comments (both in the article, and in this thread) indicating: • displeasure at the way the process is being managed and communicated, • perceptions that the amount of land involved is disproportionate to the need, • recollections that once-offered promises are no longer being kept, and • judgments that the stated purpose is insufficient to justify use of eminent domain at all. You may disagree with some or all of these opinions, but there are still many potentially valid criticisms that have nothing whatsoever to do with the wish to prohibit the use of eminent domain generally. • TuxedoMax |4 pointswritten 1 year ago Concise and logical.
