Is it possible that AutoTMF will perform an abort in some special situations so writes on audited files will be rolled back?

AutoTMF never aborts a transaction. The only time a rollback can occur is in the case of a unilateral abort, which happens when the system aborts a transaction because of a catastrophic failure (CPU failure for example) or when a process is stopped by external means.
