If any of them have liquid water currently, were hit at some time by chondrites populated with left-handed amino acids and a great deal more pieces fell in line, yes it is possible some places in our solar system and universe could have or still have microbial life populating them. It’s not very likely we will meet sentient life in our solar system, at least not until their own planet or moon’s evolutionary paths potentially lead to such.
