However, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) makes it much more difficult for those creditors to re-report information. If they do re-report the information, it is a legal requirement that you be notified in writing. In the rare event adverse or incorrect information is re-reported on your credit report, we will send additional disputes for any of our active clients.
