Yes, the following example highlights how this can be set up. Bob’s Take away is business 1 and Joe’s beauty salon is business 2. Bob’s is getting line 1 through 4 and Joe’s is getting line 5 through 8. Internally, Bob’s uses Exts 1, 2 and 3, and Joe’s uses the subsequent exts (e.g. 5, 6,7). The auto attendant can be applied as required. At Bob’s they likely don’t want auto attendant, because they want to take the orders directly but they want queuing. Joe’s may want auto attendant. So in this case the auto attendant is hooked to lines 5 through 8 and queuing applied to 1-4.
