Answer The Holtek MCU range each contain different Program Memory widths, ranging from 14 bits to 16 bits. MCUs that contain 16 bit Program Memory widths can accept data as shown in TABLE1 above, however other MCUs can only define data tables that are either 14 or 15-bits wide.
