I find this question interesting because here we can understand how we tend to focus on a particular food such as chocolate & not on the whole body response to the imbalanced eating. Of course I mean hyperinsulinemia. I wish I had a dollar for every itchy patient with tendencies towards hyperinsulinemia. So, yes the foods can be the issue, & in this case the additional problem of not being able to stop points a finger at addiction, but there is always more to find out here.
