It really depends on how much you currently weight. The healthiest way I know of to drop a lot of weight quickly is to cut down your carbohydrate intake to only the best possible sources. What does that mean? No bread, rice, noodles, potatoes or sugar. Eat lean meats like chicken and fish, with a big side of greens like broccoli, spinach, green beans, or salad. Don’t eat any junk food (2 weeks isn’t really even that long!) Drink a ton of water–drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning, before every meal and after your meal. It keeps things moving, so you can fully digest your meals and also keeps you full so that you don’t overeat. Juice has sugar in it, water is better for you. Losing 20 pounds, especially in such a short amount of time, will not make you look healthy and fit, it will make you look sickly and emaciated. In order to look healthy and fit, you want to tone your muscles and do cardio. This will take a much bigger dedication, and won’t be accomplished in two weeks, but will leave you with much better results, and you will be much healthier. Work out five or six days a week for as long as you feel comfortable until school starts.
