A. A goal of eMINTS National Center programs is the development of a professional learning community within a school leading to school-wide renewal and improvement. Development of a professional learning community within a school may be facilitated by the participation of school or district educators as a prelude to the school’s or district’s participation. It may also provide educators with tools to work more effectively with students who have special learning needs even if their school or district does not implement the eMINTS instructional model.
