Is it possible for a cadet to serve a full-time mission and return to the Academy?
Yes! Most of our LDS cadets choose to serve full-time missions. The Academy allows them to leave for missions after the completion of their second year at the Academy. When they return from their missions, they re-apply and return to the Academy to take up where they left off. As would be expected, the returned missionary cadets have a lot of experience and maturity to add to the cadet wing and the Institute program.
