Yes, in such cases the RCMC and IEC should have the branch/manufacturing unit included in it and the Registered/Head Office shall be required to give an authority letter clearly indicating that Registered/Head Office or its branches and manufacturing unit(s) have not been declared defaulter or otherwise made ineligible for import/export under any provisions of the policy. However this declaration shall not be required for those filing applications electronically.
