Is it possible and easy to increase ones stride length?

It’s possible but no, not easy. It might not even be recommendable. Consider that you have a natural stride length. If you lengthen it, it will also take more time for you to take that stride. To do so would require you strengthening the muscles used in running, primarily the quadriceps, buttocks, hamstrings and calves. Once they are strengthened you would have to learn to run efficiently with this new stride. Good luck!
