Is it possible an oil reed diffuser thing (alternative to candles) can give me acne?
Hi there, It could very well be your period approaching (that would actually be my first guess). Now as for the oil reed diffuser, is it possible that you’re allergic to the scent? I have friends with very sensitive skin that break out immediately even when in the room with an irritating perfume or fragrance. This could be contributing to your acne, but that all depends on how frequently you are exposed to the scent and if it’s been in direct contact with your skin. The diffuser oil isn’t the same type of oil that leads to acne, but the composition could be aggravating your skin. If it isn’t your period, try moving the diffuser elsewhere or putting it away and see if that makes a difference. Good luck.
