IS IT POSSIBLE 2 MISCARRY W/ NO SIGNS?
no you can not miscarry without any bleeding thinking you are scared which is normal with the first pregnancy you won’t feel pregnant until you are further along it is to early to really feel different some people do get morning sickness or a few changes but not always…if it is your first visit they will exam you and also do an ultrasound to see how many wks are you and measure the baby type things it doesn’t hurt it is just a process of placing gel on the tummy and taking a little machine like thing made kinda with a small ball on the end and they will roll it over the tummy while viewing it all on the computer screen and take some pics for you to bring home of the baby at this stage and it will show your name and wks pregnant along with due date. it will be far to early to tell what sex the baby is but later that is also how they find this out. people who miscarry without knowing it usually starts bleeding and passes the fetus at times without even knowing they were pregnant.
