Is it okay to wear one-piece dresses (A-line dress) in college?
It’s totally appropriate for a girl to wear a dress or skirt to class instead of pants. As long as it’s not too short and doesn’t otherwise show off too much skin, you’ll look much more professional and put-together, as well as more feminine than the girls who just roll out of bed and throw on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Wear the clothes that make you feel good and be proud that you are helping to set standards a little bit higher than there’d be if you weren’t there. So go ahead and wear a nice dress, hold your head high, and always remember to be a lady!
