Yes, it is appropriate for a person to use church property and supplies to search for a job. People can use the Internet, copiers, and placement services through Human Resource Ministries (HRM). HRM will also provide seminars on how to search the Internet, how to create resumes, and more. Specifics are still being determined as to how this will all work. Q. If I am applying for jobs outside of the church and get an offer that I am considering, is it appropriate for me to discuss that information with someone in leadership or should I simply accept the offer and move on?
