Is it okay to suggest plantings, signage or other improvements outside the 30 Gondwana Circle?
Designs should concentrate on the 30′ circle of soil, but suggestions can be made for signage, plantings, and other improvements to the edges of the gardens bordering Gondwana Circle (Chile, South America, Australia, and New Zealand). The paving surrounding the Circle is new and as such, any suggestions for new work in the paving should not require the removal of the paving.
