Is it okay to run 2 anti-spyware programs at the same time?

NO not a good Idea, one loaded and one on demand is the best since MOST anti-virus software suites already come with with an anti-spyware attached so in effect you would be running 3, takes a lot of memory and cpu cycles just do do the same job that ANY of the suites should catch up front, rely on one updated suite with as many updated on demands as you like and run each independent of the other after running your UP DATED suite anti-virus and An UPDATED On Demand one of those as well then the anti-spy-ware ..
