Nope. Solids are best delayed to 6 months or even later. Your child’s digestive system has to mature. Introduction of other substances will disrupt the delicate digestive balance and make them more vulnerable to allergies and digestive problems and weight problems later in life. Also, applesauce doesnt meet their nutritional needs. Right now, everything that goes in their body needs to count. ONLY breastmilk or formula. Otherwise you are filling your child up on something that doesnt have enough good stuff.
