I boil the bottles everytime i wash them, every part of the bottle. If you have a dishwasher theirs no need to boil bottles, they are steralized in the dishwasher. I also feed my son enfamil lipil with iron and use nursery water. As for the poo you need to call the peditrician and ask them about that. That never happened to my son.
