If you are vegetarian – you will have better results loosing weight on a low fat diet, than if you were on a meat low fat diet. If you became vegan- you would have quicker results- but may be very difficult unless you support other than diet (ethical reasons to be Veg) So if you eat small meals around 5-6 a day- then I wouldn’t worry about calorie consumtion. Worry about what you are puting in your body. Natural foods- organic foods, whole foods (grains, veggies, legums, beans, lentils, and fruits). If you regualy consume 1400 calories a day- every day, your body may get used to this- and you will stop seeing results. Same with exercise, if you do the same thing every day- you will stop seeing results. If you must watch your calories, have high days and low day, eat 1400 one day, 1600 another day, 1370 another, day etc. If you exercise keep it down to 5-6 days a week, more than that could result in injury and a hault in weight loss, or improvement in your body. If you are doing cardio
