A nasal spray will relieve the nasal congestion almost immediately.A tablet will take a longer time for its action.The spray can be used in a first instance and the tablet will maintain a prolonged action thus the subject will not need the spray frequently.Rather one can potentiate the action of the other as both are decongestant.Nasal decongestant has side-effects.
