Everyone above has been saying that plasticware and linen tablecloths don’t match but you are not having your wedding pictures taken with the silverware or plasticware so use whatever you think is within your budget and convenient. Remember that most places that sell plasticware may offer a selection of several different looking plasticware (some may actually look fancy).

NO! If you are having food stations and especially if you are having linen tablecloths then it’s a formal reception and you need to have china, silverware and crystal glasses.
