Dear Irish Lass, We always welcome good thoughts, no matter where they are coming from. I truly respect where your heart is, but my Jewish opinion is that you should mention that you will pray for her, and give her a regular card. There are Jews who are sensitive about these sorts of things, and if you’re unsure, it’s best to err on the side of caution.
