Is it ok to rest all week before conditioning practice?
A. Absolutely not. If you workout during the week, Sat. practices will become easier and easier. If you sit around you are going to fall behind those who aren’t and Sat. will become harder and harder. You don’t have to workout an hour and half every day, even just a 15 minute – jog, stretch, run, jog, and stretch – will make a big difference. Always remember to warmup & stretch first and cool down & stretch last.
