Is It Ok To Prune Rose Bush This Late In Season, Or Should I Wait Until Late Winter/early Spring?

I would wait until spring after the last frost. When you prune them right before winter there is a chance in the bush sending out new growth on warm days, and could kill the bush. You could probably trim it now and it would be fine, but the best time to trim is in spring.
