Congrats on the clapping! Orange juice is very acidic. There are other ways to introduce Vitamin C into a child’s diet that would be less hard on the stomach. Further, juice is very sugary without any extra being added, so if you do give an alternative juice (most Juicy Juice flavors are 100% Vitamin C), I’d still cut it with water 1:1 or even more. (My son is 20 months old and we cut his juice 1:5!) But you are right, it really isn’t necessary at all. OJ gives me the runs and I’m a seasoned eater/drinker/bathroom user! OJ may have the same reaction in your little one that results in a bad rash.
