It is perfectly fine to be on your feet for long periods of time while pregnant. Being active during your pregnancy, as long as your doctor oks it, it very healthy for you and the baby and may help with a quicker recovery after birth. Though the closer you get to the end of your pregnancy, the harder it will become to stand for long periods and you may notice an increase in swelling of your feet.
