Is it ok if i eat a peanut butter sandwich every morning when im on a diet?
Sure. Peanut butter is a good source of protein and the fat is “good” fat. Have it on whole wheat bread, add some sliced banana and a glass of skim milk and you have a healthy breakfast. A good diet means eating a balance diet with food from all the food groups but with only 1200 or so calories a day. Peanut butter fits in.
