I think you answered you’re own question you’re single happy and most of all comfortable with yourself don’t get a gf for the reasons you mentioned, it won’t be fair to her and you since you won’t in fact be truly interested in the girl i would say stick to your plan and just wait for the right person to come along then you’ll truly be happy and get to enjoy all those things with no manipulation =) good luck
It is perfectly fine to be single. You don’t have to prove to your friends that you can get a girlfriend. I like what you said about wating for the perfect in encounter or the “perfect” girl. If you want to wait instead of go into a relationship that you aren’t really puting any effort or feeling torwards I will support you in that, but for the hooking up and eventually making that girl your gf I would recommend that you didn’t. Cause at the end of all that you would look like a total jerk… So the best thing for you to do is stay single if that is what you really want.
