Is it obligatory to fill out all 300 parameters while making appearance description?
No. The only mandatory parameter is gender. The identification may be executed by one of three modes: 1) recogniton by a picture; 2) selection by the appearance description; 3) identification by both picture and appearance description. Mode (3) is preferred, but there are some cases when only mode (2) fits the available information. Generally we recommend indicating only indisputable parameters.
