A, The new Trademark Law in Yemen, which has been implemented after the unification of the two parts of Yemen, considered all previous registrations in both parts of the country as legal. Therefore, there is no need to file fresh applications in the other. The Registry in Sana’ now combined all particulars related to all registrations which has been filed in both parts of Yemen.
