Hi Mel After total knee replacement, almost complete joint range of motion is expected. The complete recovery of the knee range depends on the uneventful surgical procedure, good aftre care and proper physical therapy sessions. If inthe initial period for some reason the range of motion is not atained or maintained, then there is possibility of some stifness inthe later stages. Physical therapy and Knee exercises are utmost important after Total knee replacement.
