Is it normal to have sore breasts 6 days before period?
quit worrying or your period might be late, stressing like this can irregulate your period…and then that’s going to freak you out more. Sore breasts are fine. Your period and its symptoms are not ALWAYS guarantee to happen at the exact same time each month. You are fine because you are about to start your period. Sore breasts is a symptom of that and is expected, therefore, you’re probably fine. Worrying is going to make it worse though, just relax. Sometimes my breasts get sore and sometimes they don’t, it doesn’t happen all the time for me, just every few months.
